I think it works great on curly hair. My best friend has super curly hair and I got this for her as a gift, and she loved it! She doesn’t have super thick curly hair though, so I am not quite sure about that. They offer a buy one get one incentive though, so maybe you could try two different brush types depending on your hair. (:

Will it work on children’s hair? I have a seven year old who HATES getting her hair brushed and she has her mother’s hair, fine stringy and easily tangles (poor kid). We have seen the commercials and she is begging me to order the brush. But I don’t want to waste the money if it won’t help end the brushing battles!

I can tell you from my experience that this really does work. My niece is only 3 and she gets fussy when it is time to brush her hair also. Now though, with this brush, she seems to like having her hair brushed. It actually calms her down surprisingly!

Best brush ever!! My hair is thick & medium coarse. It had grown quite a bit recently, reaching my mid back. So hard to comb or brush, especially since I had hurt my right arm and found it difficult to get the knots out. So surprised about this brush. Don’t think my hair had had a good brush for months before. The only cons are that it is slippery when wet and water seeps into the brush. The first time I used it after washing it, I had water all over the place. A way to fix this is to put the brush face down and let the water seep out before brushing through wet hair.

Happy to hear how much you love this brush! I love it too (: The best thing is not to brush your hair when it is wet. Wait until it is dry and then brush, or even better, brush before you shower. If you brush your hair when it is wet it pulls and snaps creating more damage to the hair. Nobody wants that right?

I just ordered the fine brush because my hair is really thin. I hope I like it! It gets pretty tangled when it is wet.

I had the same problem. If you think your hair is more fragile and brushing is painful then go for the fine brush. If that’s not the case, your hair is most likely normal. You could probably get both, they aren’t very expensive and they are doubling the offer right now! Good luck ( :

I purchased the green one for my normal hair and it seems to be working. It’s definitely less frizzy. Thanks for all the hair tip, I’ve started to blow-dry my hair less frequently.

Good, I’m glad you liked those. I tried to pick the ones that weren’t common knowledge so that they’d really help people out. Especially those who are constantly damaging their hair.

I recently purchased the Detangler Brush and was pleased to have results similar to yours. I noticed that there was no pain involved with using this brush, and also that there was no hair left behind. The soft bristles felt like they were messaging my scalp which I heard is good for hair growth. Hopefully that’s true and this will help my hair grow even longer. Overall, thumbs up.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who saw a difference in their hair. I hope it continues to work for you and that you spread the word.
